Car Park Repairs Coming to Birkdale Fair!
We’re committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for you at Birkdale Fair! That’s why we’re undertaking important upgrades to our car park areas to improve safety, access, and convenience during your visit.
We’re excited to bring a smoother, safer driving experience to the centre soon!
Car Park Upgrades
We’ll be repairing potholes across three key zones of the car park:
- The main driveway in front of the building
- The undercover shade sail aisle (approx. 200 sq metres)
- The section between the final shade sails (approx. 30 sq metres)
These upgrades will include fresh asphalt surfacing and improved vehicle access, helping to make your visit more comfortable and hassle-free.
When Will the Changes Occur?
Works will take place on Sunday 9 November, starting early in the morning to minimise disruption.
- Start Time: 5:30am
- Expected Completion: By Midday
Each zone will be completed in stages, with areas reopened as soon as they’re finished.
During the Upgrades
- Some car bays will be temporarily closed
- Traffic control will be in place to ensure safety
- Clear signage will guide you around the work zones
- All other areas of the centre will remain open and accessible
