Birkdale Fair Development

To keep Birkdale Fair operating safely and smoothly, we’ll be undertaking essential concrete and roof restoration works. These behind-the-scenes upgrades will help maintain the centre in great condition for our community.
We understand this may cause some short-term inconvenience, including increased noise and fewer available car parks, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Our team is committed to completing the works as efficiently as possible and minimising disruption wherever we can.

Works will begin from the first week of May, with completion targeted for September. Please note: these dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We’ll be sure to keep you updated.

Car parking behind Woolworths will be temporarily inaccessible as repair works are conducted, which may change the way you access the centre. But don’t worry – all store trading hours will remain as normal, so there won’t be any changes to when you can visit your favourite stores.
